What is your caregiver-to-resident ratio?

Ardia Care Homes maintains one of the highest care ratios in Alberta:

1 caregiver for every 2–3 residents (1:2–1:3)

This far exceeds the typical ratios in larger care facilities:

  • Standard Assisted Living: often 1:8–1:12

  • Long-Term Care Facilities: often 1:12–1:15

  • Secure Dementia Units: often 1:6–1:10

Who owns and operates Ardia Care Homes?

Ardia is owned by Joe and Danielle Perry, parents of three and long-standing Red Deer care providers. They also own Comfort Keepers Red Deer, an in-home care agency accredited through Accreditation Canada, demonstrating excellence in safety, leadership, and quality.
