Meet the Owners
Joe and Danielle Perry are the heart behind Ardia Care Homes. As long-time Red Deer entrepreneurs and parents of three children — Aria, Damian, and Octavia — they have built their family and businesses around compassion, service, and community.
Joe and Danielle are also the proud owners of Comfort Keepers Red Deer, a trusted in-home senior care agency accredited through Accreditation Canada, where they’ve served hundreds of Central Alberta families with distinction and empathy. Their years of experience in senior care inspired them to expand into residential living — creating a home where older adults could enjoy the highest quality of life in a more intimate and luxurious setting.
At Ardia, Joe’s hands-on approach and Danielle’s background in caregiving and operations come together seamlessly. Their shared vision is to elevate senior living in Alberta — offering a setting where every resident feels safe, seen, and celebrated like family.
